• To pass your details to the supplier you choose so the switch can be completed (contract performance).
• To improve our service and prevent fraud (legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

Only with the supplier or provider you select, and with the processors that host our website, telephony and CRM. We never sell your data or pass it to unrelated third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after your last contact with us; records relating to a completed switch are kept for 6 years to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
